Bonsai Coffee & Matcha offers you a matcha latte of the highest quality, not in vain did it win the Silver Award in Japan. It is its own Matcha with an intense flavor, slightly sweet and without any bitter aftertastes and a bright green color.
Their place is quite small, but you can have their exquisite matcha latte comfortably accompanied by some sweets. On weekends they prepare their croissant filled with matcha cream which is a delight for those most addicted to matcha.
Bonsai Coffee It is located opposite the Mercat del Ninot de Barcelona, one of the best markets in Barcelona and which we highly recommend visiting.
But in addition to the classic cold or hot matcha latte, you can also find other variants such as Matcha latte affogato or with mango.
In addition, in the summer of 2024 they decided to modify and expand the menu. At Bonsai they now also offer Matcha cortado, Matcha Shot (espresso style), Matcha Flat White and some sandos that we did not try but that looked spectacular.
If you want more, you can buy their matcha in a 60g container at the same location and prepare it at home.

Very pleasant experience at Bonsai Coffe. We ordered two Matcha lattes, one cold and another customer. Both spectacular. We were surprised by the quality of the matcha. Very good without the need for sugar. Intense but sweet. We will repeat for sure!
