Hanabusa

Small Japanese pastry shop in the Antón Martin Market. In Hanabusa you can taste authentic homemade Japanese desserts and cakes made with love by Hanayo, its owner. 

You can find mochis (if you are a fan you have to try them!), matcha roll cake, dorayakis, melon pan and a fantastic matcha flan with azuki among others. To accompany what better than a delicious matcha latte. 

You can order it to go or have it on a stool at their small bar. The treatment is very pleasant and they will make you feel at home.
